CIS 278 - Network Defense and Countermeasures

This course focuses on understanding the architecture for network defense and leads to the Security Certified Network Professional certification. Topics include network attacks and defenses, firewall systems, design, and configuration, VPN configuration, designatures and network security policies and configurations. [SPRING] Two hours lecture, two hours laboratory per week.
Prerequisite(s): CIS 267.
