Program Mission: The Chesapeake College Registered Nurse Degree prepares students for Maryland State licensure and entry-level nursing positions. Program Description: The Registered Nurse Degree curriculum provides the student with the basic knowledge and skills necessary for competent beginning level practice, and includes a balance of general education and nursing theory. Theoretical application takes place in a variety of planned clinical settings, and is viewed as an invaluable aspect of the educational process.
