RSR 111 - Positioning I4 credits A continuing study of radiographic procedures. Radiographic terminology, finite anatomy, equipment manipulation, positioning, effective communication skills, patient care considerations, radiation exposure factors, and the radiation protection procedures used to accurately demonstrate patient anatomy on a radiograph will be studied. Procedures will be demonstrated. Students will practice procedures in role-playing lab situations and complete lab examinations for each procedure studied. [FALL] Three hours lecture, three hours lab per week. Prerequisite(s): RSR 105 .
