CIS 219+ - Python Programming II4 credits A continuation of CS-119 Python Programming I & Problem Solving. Python is an interpreted programming language and it can be used to solve simple to more complex problems. Topics include: algorithm design, functions, input validation, lists, and string manipulation. Tkinter will be used to introduce GUI programming and object-oriented programming concepts. Students will write several programs and apply problem solving techniques. [AS NEEDED] Three hours lecture, two hours lab per week. Prereq/Corequisite: CIS 119+ MAT 107+
