SCI 102 - Humans in the Natural Universe

3 credits
An exploration of the natural sciences and the place of humans in the natural universe, designed for non-major students.  Topics covered will include the process of science, matter, energy, basic organismal and human biology, disease, ecology, and planetary science.  There will be an emphasis on the scientific method as a way of learning about natural phenomena. [FALL/SPRING]
Prerequisite(s): Complete ENG 094  and MAT 023  as a prerequisite, or appropriated placement score.
