BUS 160 - Entrepreneurship An introductory course into the field of entrepreneurship. The course focuses on the role and nature of entrepreneurship within the global economic environment. Topics will include creating and starting a new business, obtaining financing for the new venture, managing, growing, and ending the organization.3 credits [SPRING-EVEN YEARS] Three hours lecture per week. Prerequisite(s): Complete MAT 023 as a prerequisite, or appropriate placement score. Prereq/Corequisite: Take ENG 094 as a pre or corequisite, or appropriate placement score. Note: All developmental courses must be completed with a grade of “C” or better in order to progress to the next developmental level or into college-level courses.
