CST 245+ - Computer User Support A study of user support and help desk operations for IT professionals. Topics include support basics, user support principles, help desk services & operations, career readiness (teamwork, communication, customer service, and professionalism), ethical behavior, ergonomics, product evaluation, troubleshooting, and incident management.3 credits [SPRING] Two hours lecture; two hours lab per week.
