EDU 210 - Introduction to Special Education

3 credits
An introduction to federal and state regulations governing special education in a general educational setting. Emphasis is upon understanding handicapping conditions, identifying potential learning problems, and using appropriate educational modifications for handicapped students. [FALL/SPRING] Three hours lecture per week.
