EGR 240 - Computation for Scientists and Engineers3 credits Designed to instruct students in the use of computers to solve mathematical, scientific, and engineering problems. The course will introduce students to techniques of algorithm design and implementation including numerical and non-numerical methods of problem-solving. [AS NEEDED] Two hours lecture, three hours laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): CSC 103.
