PLG 250 - Constitutional Law3 credits An overview of the history and interpretation of the U.S. Constitution, articles and amendments. The student will explore the three branches of the federal government and the interpretation of the articles that created them, and control their functioning. The course will also examine the individual’s rights in society, the changes in society that impact individual rights, and the Supreme Court decisions interpreting such rights. [FALL - ALTERNATE YEARS] Three hours lecture per week.
