CIS 260+ - Computer User Support3 credits A course designed for the entry-level user support specialist. Topics include customer service skills, working as a team, troubleshooting computer problems, common support problems, “Help Desk” operations, user needs analysis and assessment, and user support management. [FALL] Two hour lecture; two hours laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): CIS 152+ .
