RSR 140+ - Positioning III2 credits A continuing study of radiographic procedures. Radiographic terminology, finite anatomy, positioning, effective communication skills, patient care considerations, radiation exposure factors, and radiation protection procedures used to accurately demonstrate patient anatomy on a radiograph will be studied. Procedures will be demonstrated. Students will practice procedures in role-playing lab situations and complete lab examinations for each procedure studied. RSR 140 is offered in the eight-week summer session. [SUMMER] Three hours lecture, three hours laboratory per week. Prerequisite(s): RSR 126+ .
