CST 250+ - Computer Networks

A study of computer networking. Topics include network protocols, infrastructure, operations, security, tools & troubleshooting.

Note: Upon completion of this course students may elect on their own to further prepare for and take a related industry exam such as CompTIA Network+. Industry exams require a fee, to be paid for by the student and are to be taken, at a certified testing center.3 credits [AS NEEDED] Two hours lecture, two hours laboratory per week.
Prerequisite(s): You must complete CST 143+ or CST 145+ prior to taking this class.
